Science Experiments

This term in Science Year 3 has been exploring the topic “States of Matter”. As part of the unit, the children had to design, conduct and evaluate their own experiment which demonstrated a change of matter. Each group then presented their findings to the class. There were many talented young scientists of the future!!

Technology in Mathematics

This week the children have been measuring and ordering lengths.  They had lots of fun using the app “Measure” on the iPads as a measuring tool. The children also used their estimating skills to program Spheros to draw lines of different lengths.
