Over the past month, our students have been working in collaboration with students from the University of Newcastle (UNE). Our students have been learning in small groups about a range of Digital Technologies and how to use them. These workshops were led by small groups of UNE Pre-Service Teachers. The aim of this partnership was to create a team of Year 2 to 5 Technology Experts who can share their new skills with peers and teachers at our school. These Technology Experts were picked by their class teachers after demonstrating a high level of skill during our Term 2 St Joseph’s Internal Digi Tech Roadshow, run by our current group of Year 6 Techology Experts.
