This week in our Peer Support session, children focused on the importance of support networks and the role that friends play in each other’s lives. Children constructed a representation of support which was a challenging activity for everyone! We also identified the ways in which we can help each other and students were challenged to do something to help a friend in the coming week.

Whilst all staff are happy to assist our students in identifying ways in which we can be good friends, it is important for children to have a peer group that they can rely on. We encourage you to talk with your child and assist them to identify friends they have who can provide support if the need arises.
