Kinder Transition

This week on Tuesday and Wednesday we welcomed the newest members of our school community, Kindergarten 2023.

Our 2023 Kindergarten class were very brave and excited to see their new teachers again and enjoy some time in the classrooms. We welcomed our Kindergarten parents to mingle and meet each other as well as into our Year 1 classrooms to experience a phonics lesson.

We look forward to seeing our new Kindergarten friends again next Wednesday 23rd November from 9:15am to 10:45am for their final transition. Don’t forget the children are invited to bring 50c to spend at the canteen, are asked to wear their Joey’s T-shirt again and return their drawing on the photo frame sheet if they haven’t already done so.

Year 6 Parish Mass and Social Transition

Students from our 5 local Parish Primary Schools came together today to celebrate Mass led by Proclaim Lismore Wildfire. Afterwards led by Year 9 Youth Ministry classes, they made new friends from the other schools who they will be going to Secondary School with next year.
