Ariannah took the chop!

Ariannah Beard and sister Savannah cut their hair for the first time in 11 and 15 years to give to the Hair with Heart foundation to make wigs for kids with cancer. They cut over 1 metre of hair between them to donate. They are also raising money to help sick kids with cancer and other serious illnesses. Joel is off to Japan!

Joel Crook will be heading to Yokohama, Japan in November to compete in the Australian Squad  for the World Martial Arts Championships. He qualified with amazing results including 2nd in Australia for Weapons and a 3rd for Advanced Forms.

Joel displayed his Martial Arts skills this afternoon and we are sending 5 raffle tickets home with students in Year 5 and 6 to help support Joel and his family on this amazing trip. There will be a fundraiser at Settlers Inn on Saturday 6th May from 5:00pm.
