The beginning of the year has seen the Zones of Regulation Digital Curriculum being rolled out across the school.

What are the Zones of Regulation? I hear you ask.

The Zones of Regulation provides an easy way to think and talk about how we feel on the inside and sorts emotions into four coloured Zones, all of which are expected in life.

The Zones consist of Blue, Green. Yellow and Red Zones.

Throughout the year we will be including information about the Zones in the newsletter - so please look out for it.
