Students from Year 5 and 6 braved the wet weather on Tuesday 1st July, travelling to Coffs Harbour to represent St Joseph’s at the Regional Finals of the AFL Paul Kelly Cup.

Our boys team, with little AFL experience, showed great courage and sportsmanship throughout the day, competing with enthusiasm and determination.

A huge congratulations to our girls team, who made it all the way to the grand final! They eventually went down 4-1 to St Augustine’s, but not without showing incredible grit, teamwork, and perseverance right to the final siren.

We are so proud of all students for representing our school with such pride and spirit.
