Uniform Reminder – Building Pride, Belonging and Equity
As we continue through the winter term, it’s a timely reminder about the importance of wearing the correct school uniform. Our uniform is more than just clothing, it represents our shared identity, fosters a strong sense of belonging, and promotes pride in the Joey's community.
Wearing the uniform correctly also supports equity, ensuring that all students are treated equally and feel included, regardless of background. When everyone wears the same, we remove distractions and create a focused, united learning environment.
Please remember that the following warmer items are part of our Winter uniform:
- Navy jumper
- Navy tracksuit pants with the St Agnes’ Parish logo
- Navy soft-shell jacket with green side panels, white piping, and individual school logo
We thank all families for supporting our uniform expectations and for helping build a school culture that values respect, unity and pride.
Borrowed Uniforms
If your child has brorrowed school uniform items from us, we kindly ask that you return them to the Office Aunties at your earliest convenience. Additionally, if any families have unused school uniforms, especially jumpers and jackets, that they are willing to donate, we would greatly appreciate receiving them, particularly during these colder Winter months.
Labelling Uniforms
Please remember to label all school uniforms items with your child's name. This helps prevent them from ending up in lost property and ensures they can be returned if misplaced. Thank you for your co-operation!
