New Flexischools App

As you know, we've launched our new Flexischools app just in time for the start of the school year!

Parents have started to download the app and explore Our Place, a new space designed to simplify their school life.

We sent a guide to all registered parents on how to navigate our new app, and how to access their school services to place orders. We want to send these quick tips and an instructional video to you, so you can share with your parent community if asked.

Quick Tips and Navigation Video

	Home Scroll down to view your school services such as canteen and uniforms. Then swipe left and right to view various services and offers. Here’s a helpful video to show you exactly how to navigate.
	News If your school uses Flexischools for communications, you will find new posts from your school on the Newsfeed, as well as quicklinks relevant to your particular school community.
	Order Pad The order pad will show you any orders in progress (orders you have started but not yet placed). If you have orders listed here, they need to be completed to be sent to your supplier.
	User Profile Your new user profile page is where you go to top-up, view placed orders, manage your account and students. Remember to update your student’s class for this year. If you need to add a student use the new 'Add Student' option which you can find on the 'Students' link in your profile.
